One integrated view.

Every Corvilla Feasibility Study is structured around four analytical pillars, each producing a discrete output that feeds into the integrated financial model and final recommendation.

Market and Commercial
Market and Commercial Analysis

Quantifies the market opportunity and stress-tests the commercial assumptions underpinning revenue projections. We do not accept the client's TAM estimate. We build our own from the bottom up using available data and comparable benchmarks.

Common Questions

Frequently asked
before starting a study.

How is a Corvilla Feasibility Study different from a standard business plan?
A business plan describes what you want to do. A feasibility study asks whether it makes financial and commercial sense to do it and produces a numerical answer. The Corvilla Feasibility Study is built around an integrated financial model, market data, and stress-tested scenarios designed to withstand scrutiny from investors, banks, and boards.
What information do I need to provide?
After scope confirmation, you receive a structured data request tailored to your study type. Typical inputs include your investment brief, any existing financial projections, capex/opex estimates, information on your target market, and relevant regulatory context. We work with what you have and identify gaps as part of the scoping process.
What accounting standard is the financial model built to?
All financial models are built to PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) standards for Indonesian entities, which are largely converged with IFRS. For cross-border studies, we align to the relevant IFRS standard. All models include appropriate treatment of PPh Badan, PPN (VAT), and withholding taxes where applicable.
Can the study be used for bank financing or regulatory submissions?
Yes. The Comprehensive and Enterprise tiers are designed to meet the requirements of Indonesian banks, BKPM/OSS investment submissions, and institutional investor presentations. The Standard tier is suitable for internal decision-making and early-stage investor conversations. If your primary purpose is bank financing, we recommend starting with the Comprehensive tier.
What happens after I submit the intake form?
A senior Corvilla Capital advisor reviews your submission within 48 hours and reaches out to schedule a 20-minute scoping call. On that call we confirm the study tier, deliverables, timeline, and fee. You receive a written proposal before any engagement formally begins. No payment or commitment is required at the intake stage.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, strictly. All information submitted is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessed only by the Corvilla Capital advisory team. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any confidential information is shared. We do not share client information with any third party without explicit written consent.
