Is your business
ready to transact? Find out in 15 minutes.

Most deals fail not because the business isn't good enough — but because it wasn't prepared correctly.

The Corvilla Dealability Score is a free, institutional-grade assessment of your transaction readiness — powered by the Corvilla Dealability Scoring System (CDSS), a proprietary 4-pillar, 13-subfactor framework developed by Corvilla Capital. Every report is reviewed, adjusted, and approved by a senior Corvilla Capital advisor before it reaches you. Get your indicative score instantly. Full 6-page institutional report within 48 hours for USD 800.

Our Proprietary Methodology

Corvilla Dealability
Scoring System (CDSS)

CDSS is Corvilla Capital's proprietary investment readiness framework — built from our M&A advisory practice across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Each of the 4 pillars draws on an established institutional framework as its analytical foundation. The scoring rubric, weighting system, band definitions, and action recommendations are Corvilla Capital's own development.

Corvilla Dealability Scoring System (CDSS)
CDSS is Corvilla Capital's proprietary scoring architecture — not a licensed product, not a derivative of any third-party system. The four pillars below each draw on an established institutional framework as their analytical foundation. The scoring rubric, weighting, band definitions (Excellent · Strong · Adequate · Weak · Critical), and impact-ranked action recommendations are Corvilla Capital's own.

Common Questions

Frequently asked
before getting a score.

What is the difference between the teaser score and the full report?
The teaser score is calculated instantly from your wizard responses alone — no documents required, no charge. It gives you an indicative 0–100 score and rating band (Gold / Green / Amber / Red). The full report (USD 800) incorporates your actual financial statements, corporate documents, and commercial materials, scores all 13 subfactors individually with specific evidence notes, and produces a 6-page institutional-grade CDSS report with a prioritised action plan ranked by weighted score impact.
How accurate is the teaser score compared to the full report?
The teaser score is directionally correct but should not be relied upon as a final assessment. The two areas where full-report scores most commonly differ from teaser scores are Financial Transparency (founders typically overestimate their audit quality) and Legal & IP Integrity (IP assignment issues that only become visible in document review). The full report reflects the verified, document-based position.
What documents do I need for the full report?
8 required documents: Audited Financial Statements (last 2–3 years), Financial Model / Projections, Akta Pendirian & Perubahan, NIB / OSS Registration, Cap Table, Pitch Deck, NPWP & Tax Compliance, and Org Chart & Management CVs. 6 additional optional documents (Management Accounts, Debt Schedule, SHA, Sales Pipeline, Market Research, and Litigation Disclosure) improve the accuracy of the assessment but are not required.
How is the Corvilla Dealability Score different from a standard due diligence?
Due diligence is conducted by a buyer after a term sheet is signed — it is a process that happens to you. The Dealability Score is conducted before you go to market — it is a tool you use to prepare. The purpose is to identify and fix gaps before an investor finds them, not after. The cost is USD 800 rather than USD 50,000+, and the output is an action plan rather than a risk register.
Is my information confidential?
Yes — strictly. All information submitted through the wizard and document portal is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is accessed only by the Corvilla Capital advisory team for the purpose of completing your assessment. We do not share client information with any third party without explicit written consent, and we do not use client data for any purpose other than delivering the Dealability Score service.
Why do I need a company email address?
The Dealability Score is an institutional advisory product designed for business owners, founders, and finance professionals. We require a company email address — verified by OTP — to ensure the integrity of the assessment and to keep the platform focused on its intended users. Personal email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, and others) are not accepted.
